Attended surgery to register as patients . Pm 9 sept.
Told by reception that it has to be done online.
Went home and tried but found their website confusing.
However it does say I can collect form from surgery.
Rather than walk yet again to the surgery and back, I decided to phone.
Waited 11 minutes for someone to answer, told I had to do it online.
When I pointed out that it says I can do it at the surgery, the staff member said they had run out of forms !
She would help me no further.
It was very uncaring, very unhelpful and distressing.

Terrible service at all points. Take ages to sign off prescriptions. Wait months for a phonecall to speak to a doctor. When you get the call its pointless as there is a distinct lack of care. The only time I have received good care here it was because the clinical professional was temporarily working there. My advice is call 111 instead as you will get the treatment and advice you need.

Unnecessary rudeness at this surgery seems to be the norm! Some of the doctors and paramedics are very pleasant the management and some nurses certainly aren’t.
I was sent a text message to arrange a routine long term health condition check up and arrived early due to the possibility of being caught in traffic at Angmering train station.
The system wouldn’t let me log in because I was early and so I waited and logged in again a little later.
For some bizarre reason the nurse wasn’t aware I was in the waiting room. Ten minutes after the start time of my appointment I was called in (why ten minutes after) and then reprimanded me like a five year old child, which got my back up obviously. And next I was asked why I was at the appointment that I’d been requested to make
I tried to explain why I was there and that I have these regular checks along with vitamin B12 vaccines which clearly was falling on death ears, I then got a lot of attitude about making the nurse late and just said obviously you don’t believe that I should be here and got up and left.
I went home and applied online to join Angmering medical centre and then after spoke to Sarah Ferguson the practice manager at Willow Green surgery who was as helpful as a rattlesnake in a lucky dip (obviously all sticking together). Her input wasn’t positive and no solutions were offered so that’s my last ever experience of this practice.

Excellent service provided for me today. E-consult was unavailable so I called up, explained my problem. The receptionist was lovely and so helpful (I think her initials maybe LJ). Was sent a link, attached relevant information, had a phone call 40 mins later and prescription to pick up in the afternoon. I initially felt frustrated that e-consult wasn’t working but they were still so helpful, cannot fault the service and I think we just all need to have a little bit of patience knowing the immense pressure they are under. Thank you!

Rude receptionist, a previous customer was asking to speak to so.eone about wrong medication and the receptionist was very abrupt and was not offering any solutions to help other than your doctor is not hear only when pressed
Would she offer to get another doctor

Her attitude then continued on to me when all I wanted to do was ask one question regarding changing my address- before I could talk she said why are you quiing up to hand me this-you just put it in the box over there!

I said politely all I wanted to do was ask a question.

Absolutely not the way to treat people you should not be persecuted for wanting to ask a question at the doctors!

I would suggest the practice manager and or a partner doctor review how their staff conduct themselves, this is peoples lives remember you are helping to look after.......really really important your staff understand this. Have you got the right people in the right places?

Disgraceful please start reading your practices reviews

I had to see a nurse this afternoon and to say I was nervous is an understatement. Helen was the most lovely person I could've wished for, she let me talk and properly listened, she gave me excellent advice and was unbelievably reassuring. This review is based solely on this one appointment as I have not been to the surgery before, but I believe in writing something positive if it is truly deserved.
