Disappointed in the way they treated me. I got a rushed appointment when i was working over a hour way and they said it’s my problem when I was 5 minutes late to the appointment for a serious medical matter. incredibly frustrating especially when they forgot about me when they had to take my stitches out and had to reopen my wound where I never got a apology from them or anything. I’m disgusted!

Couldn't ask for a better service, the way the practice has set up flu injections due to covid19. One way system & plenty of staff doing the injections as well as directing you to a room. In & out within minutes. Well done.

Waste of time. Misinformation between staff, don't do what they say they're going to do. As for telephone appts, booked for 1:30 means any time, in my case, 5:10.

I have been a patient at Willington Medical Group for about 15 years now. I have to say thanks to all of the staff for always being helpful, efficient and generally a great practice. I always get an appointment within a day and always feel looked after. THANKS?

Dire, cant get an appointment. Lines jammed chocker for over a week from 8am. They also managed to cancel the wrong appointment so now have to wait another 100 days. A shame of a surgery, avoid

Worse doctors ever thay don't let u know anything about your health thay need new staff or shutting down as thay had sed to my wife before it's in her head but ended up in hospital
