Rang at 8am. Broken ribs. Told that a paramedic would call me. They did not.
Went in with pain Previously due to broken back issues and constant pain. Spoke with just a physiotherapist who did not help. So I had to pay for chiropractor as it is a battle getting the gp to help. All they can do is drug you up

Husband told nearly three weeks wait for blood test. Ridiculous. Offered one at Landseer road but still 2 week wait. Am sitting outside the place now. Talk about third world standards!! Scruffy litter strewn car park. Building lost all it's paint. Terrible. Why aren't the surgery employing more phlebotomists or why can't a GP take blood? Doesn't take many minutes . Not everyone can get to Ipswich. Very poor service indeed and so disappointing as surgery used to be so efficient.

Since moving to Wickham Market 3 years ago, l can't praise this medical centre enough. I've had a number of medical issues and l cannot praise my doctor for being so prompt with hospital appointments and blood tests receptionists are always so helpful. I would like to say a Big Thank You to you all. 🩷😁

They dont care at all you are just a number. If its obvious they can sort it if not dont bother they treat you like just anouther number . There disorganised and don't know what there doing . Theres no communication and they screw up and a regular basis. Dont go unless u have to! As they dont care. The doctor's are dismissive and neglectfuly. I dont have a registered adress so they kick me out while in crisis. There in it for the money and nothing else

I feel lucky that this is my family's local practice. Hardly any wait time on the phone when I called at 8.10 am on a Monday, then spoke to very helpful receptionist who booked an appointment the same day for my son, with a very professional nurse practitioner. The practice seems really well organised, and everyone seems friendly and happy to help.

Rang today to get urgent blood test as just had operation week ago couldn’t get an appointment for 17 days tried to explain to Megan but couldn’t do anything to help me asked for doctor or nurse to call me back but apparently things have changed and not allowed to do this this used to be such a lovely surgery
