Trying to get an appointment with the surgery, is absolutely rubbish. It doesn't matter when I try to fill in the 'Patchs' form, it says it's reached its capacity!!! I even try phoning at 8am, but by the time I do get through, all the appointments have gone!!! I had to go privately previously, but can't afford it.........what do you need to do to see or even speak to a doctor these days? I bet their family & friends are looked after.

Been trying for 45 minutes to call this surgery only to be told they are unable to take my call. Previously sent weeks trying to get an appointment, always told either they are unable to take my call or on the odd occasion when they can take call after waiting 1 hour to be told there are no appointments call at 8 am. If you complain you are told nobody has any trouble getting through quickly and get same day appointments. What joke this place is

Absolutely disappointed, I have been with this surgery since I was a child, in the last 5 years it has become almost impossible to see a doctor. And if that isn't bad enough you are getting referred to the chemist's next door to be diagnosed! What the hell is going on with this place, the nurse I had an appointment with last week wasn't even interested or listening to what I was saying. Total shambles.

Been trying 3 weeks to get an appointment. Have rung surgery every morning from 8 am. I am either given message they are unable to take my call or Im in the queue. This morning 10 attempts to take my call then 20 in the queue, when I got to 11 call cut off. I rang again call cut off at number 10. I rang again and when I finally got answered there were no appointments availible . I explained the issues I had getting through and was told the unable to take call message shouldn't have happened and there were appointments that morning if I had rung earlier !!! What a joke. I have written an e.mail to the surgery but don't hold my breath for a reply.

Terrible! NHS direct is more helpful, with my problem the NHS direct sent a report to them to say I had to see a doctor with 24 hours! When I told my surgery this they told me to ring back in the morning...they are stuck on a script! "Ring at 8am, goto A&E or ring 111 after 6" even if you ring in the morning the lines are jammed packed! Took 3 days to get an appointment! You don't see GPs anymore only consultants. They just don't seem to have a clue, 3 times this has happend. Think I'm just going to switch practices. I don't trust this surgery anymore after years of being a patient there. Used to be good when the staff actually cared about thier patients

I have recently joined this practice, I have been trying for 4 days to book an appointment. I can’t seem to get through to the reception via telephone or any other form of communications. I have rang during morning, afternoon and have been holding the telephone line for over an hour. On one occasion someone did answer and put the phone down straight away.

I understand it’s Covid and you expect some disruption in service standard but this is the worst I have ever experienced. I have emailed the surgery with my dissatisfaction and I have not had any response from the surgery. My previous surgery was much better and could always get throguh even if I had to wait a little.
I understand these are unprecedented times however, the surgery has a duty to provide at least a certain level of service and accessibility. This falls well below the level of care patients should receive.

I think it's a shame that individuals take their frustrations out on the staff that work here.
I have nothing but praise for Ayesha and the rest of the team in reception.
Keep up the good work under these tough conditions that the NHS is experiencing.
