The team at Whitley Road work hard to continuously improve their services for their patients. You can book an appointment via the online form or by telephoning the surgery. I filled the online form out and within 10 minutes had a text message to select a convenient appointment date and time. This is an excellent service 👏 The surgery offer both face to face and telephone consultations. Dr Mohindra does a great job and spends the time to listen and understand. Over the years he has put a great review process in place for me which I cant thank him enough for.
Well done to all the team and keep up the good work ⭐

I've experienced great services from the Whitley Road Medical Centre. However, Dr Mansoor has been exceptionally excellent in his professional knowledge and skills. My first experience with him was when he helped me to diagnose my Addison's disease, a rare condition several doctors and A&Es couldn't diagnose for 3 months. Subsequently, I've experienced and greatly benefited from his profound knowledge and skills, digging into every issue I've presented to ensure it's wholly addressed. I'm sincerely grateful to him and the Surgery.

I am a member of the patient participation group (PPG), The surgery is making changes to there systems to try to help patients access the gp services easier, they need more patients to join the PPG to voice any opinions and offer any feedback to enable the surgery to identify any more changes they can try to make to help us patients.
They have already taken many steps in the right direction to do this, the staff and surgery are kind, caring and want to help the patients, they need us to help them to help us.
This is a good GP surgery to be in and even when I moved home I am very happy to be able to stay with this surgery.

Have been a patient at this surgery for a while and have not had a bad experience. In recent years I’ve attended quite a bit and always left with a good impression and having felt listened to by the staff. Zak especially is a credit to the surgery!

Doctors and nurses always are the best in this place, nice, with patience and confident in their work. I always feel comfortable when I going with them. Usually I use more the NHS app than calling to the place, and today sent a message because I have some questions about an appointment that I needed to do for a blood test in the NMH. As an answer they told me to call to the medical centre to do an appointment in another medical centre because the other number doesn’t answer.

I usually have anxiety when I call to someone, but I needed to do this appointment so I called them. After waiting a few minutes in the queue and the receptionist was so rude with me. The manners and the “Oh god” doesn’t help. I only was calling as the message said to do. I know that sometimes people could call for simple things, but the manners were so bad.

Please if you work in a place like that, needs to be more patience with the people you talk to, is only 9 in the morning and I imagine that is a hard work but If someone is calling for help needs to be helped not dispatched as a parcel. Be nice please, because you don’t know if someone has depression or calling for help.

The best doctors surgery i’ve used in greater manchester. Extremely efficient reception desk, always go the extra mile for me on every visit. All the doctors and nurses are understanding and very helpful. Very quick to get an appointment every time and also a chemist directly outside. Cannot fault this surgery in any way.
