Just had the rudest most horrible, unhelpful lady called Ursula Yates on the telephone. I'm not very well and the last thing I needed was someone treating me like that down the phone. She was so rude and I am in complete shock that a doctor's surgery is employing someone with this type of attitude to answer the phone to deal with sick, struggling and often helpless people.

I've been a patient at this practice for many years and can't fault the service. All the reception staff, nurses and doctors are friendly, helpful and professional. I don't ever recall having difficulty accessing appointments and I never feel rushed. Thank you to the whole team.

Only been with this practice for a short period and noticed instantly how warm, friendly and helpful the reception staff are compared to the last practice I was with. Have had two appointments with different nurses each time and again so friendly and helpful. Also great access to the website for test results and making appointments online etc. Fab!

Unable to get through at all via telephone number. Gp leaves a message asking to call, you call back but no one answers. I've been sitting 1st in queue for 15 minutes now.

Luckily I don't need to visit the surgery often but I get a good service when I do. The personalised lists are great for continuity especially as my doctor seems to work full time. Quick responses to e consults. Modern premises. The NHS and GPs are very stretched at the moment, but they are doing great 👍.

I recently changed to Whitley Bay Health Centre due to deteriorating treatment, including wrong diagnosis and rude, unhelpful receptionists at my last doctors. I have nothing but praise for Whitley Bay staff. Doctor, nurses and receptionists are so pleasant and helpful. I now have a diagnosis and am receiving corrective treatment. I think I have died and gone to Heaven. Thank you all especially Dr. Harmon.
