After suffering from lower back pain most of my adult life, I was rushed into surgery in 2022 due to Cauda Equina syndrome - I'm extremely grateful to the NHS staff who saved me from a number of what would have been very difficult health challenges, but there was no aftercare or rehabilitation.

Thankfully, a friend recommended Lisa and the clinic as they're a back physiotherapist in Whitley Bay - and because of her extensive experience I was able to fully recover and haven't been this pain free since I was in my teens. On top of that, she's been helping me with some neck issues that I'd been ignoring which are also improving significantly! So grateful to Lisa and the team!

I found this clinic on the internet after suffering with severe pack pains for over month, unable to walk or stand without struggling and experiencing excruciating pain. I decided to give it a go as I'd been to the hospital (cramlington) several times, only to be sent home with painkillers.

Upon visiting the clinic, the initial welcome and help I received was excellent, the receptionist couldn't do enough to make me feel comfortable.

I then had an appointment with Alan Bolton, who quickly diagnosed a sever spinal issue. He advised me to seek emergency attention and have an MRI scan.

Upon taking the advice, the results of my MRI scan confirmed the severe spinal issues.

I was admitted to hospital 2 days later and underwent emergency surgery. I can now walk again unaided, I can look around without pain, no more crawling around the house. I have got my life back!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Whitley Bay Clinic staff, especially Alan for his attention to detail, accurate diagnosis, care and follow up support.

Amazing service from Lisa, Jill and the team at Whitley Bay Clinic. I've had a recurrent problem with both a prolapsing disc and an old shoulder injury. Lisa and Jill have worked wonders to loosen off the muscles and manipulate the discs back to a happy place! Would highly recommend these two AND the clinic to anyone with sports injury or back pain.
