I am a new patient and not really well. I found that I had to almost battle my previous surgery to get care. Whereas on joining this practice the feeling is so different. I even had a telephone call from a doctor who sorted me out some medication straight away. The reception staff are great as well.

These doctors tried to kill me. They gave me propranolol and claimed that there was no side effects and no withdrawal. I was in bed for 4 months until I took matters into my own hands. The NHS is crumbling and I hope labour does something about it.

Very smooth booking experience. They took my profession into account when proposing an appointment- so I got an appointment in the evening which suited me perfectly. The check in screen is quick and easy to understand. The doctor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable- just what you would hope for. Thank you! And thank you for the quick appointment (was seen within 5 days of calling!)

Used to be a great practice, whilst Zoe was working there. Now the staff is extremely incompetent, obnoxious, unreasonable and unhelpful. Will find a problem for every solution. Appalled and disgusted is an understatement. Don't waste your time.

Weirdly, if you go to their website to give feedback, they only send the good feedback to their regulators website. The bad feedback goes into an email to them.
Many of their weblinks are broken, eg complaints procedure and Online Access.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The doctors seem to have poor knowledge of many medical areas, the bespoke tests are not done even if they suggest them themselves, the medication is sometimes prescribed wrong. Simple negligence. It is never possible to get an appointment if there is an emergency which isn't substantial enough to go to the A&E (the suggestions to call in the morning at 8 am to get an appointment is simply misleading, it is never possible to get an appointment.) I understand "understaffed" but this is just a house with a website and no service at all. The regular waiting times are close to 2 months. The staff at the desk ist absolutely unhelpful and rather creating more inefficiencies in the system actively making sure to keep people away from the practice.
