Fantastic surgery. Friendly, polite and helpful. All staff amazing - GP's, Nurses and admin. New online booking system easy to use, prompt response, easy to get a quick appointment. Love it! Private health care could not better this surgery.

I moved to whiteacres 12 months ago, I have received a fantastic care and attention from the surgery, No problem with seeing a Dr face to face. A big thankyou to Dr Lucey 🙏 who was quick to see me, all the Dr's have been amazing. Reception are always helpful, polite and caring.

Was with them for years got stuck in a rut the service has gone completely downhill so glad I moved in the end no issues with new doctors as for the secretary very rude I nearly went down to give her a piece of my mind

All the doctors and health care workers I have seen since I’ve been going to Whiteacres Health Care Centre have been 100% professional and reassuring. Yes, things have changed over the last few years, thanks to COVID, but their relatively new triage form filling system really works. Thank you, Whiteacres, you really deserve a Pat on the back.

Absolute joke of a place. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, when I turn up for my appointment they tell me it’s been cancelled please rebook. So back to whitakers for the receptionist to tell me I am not registered and have to register at my home address. Now it will be another 4 weeks for an appointment!!! Absolute joke!

Recently registered here. Saw nurse for New Patient Health Check. Very pleasant, friendly and caring. Blood test was virtually pain free, best I have ever had done. Surgery is very well laid out and organised. Would definitely recommend. Much better than my previous Surgery at New Court Surgery.

When asked for an appointment I was told to phone back the next day. I said I needed help now as im diabetic and having eye trouble really bad. I was told to go to an optition! Useless and uncaring. This was my first attempt for an appointment as im a new patient. Wish I hadn't have changed surgeries now.

Absolutely amazing!! I registered with Whiteacres Medical Centre late last year. I have never received such an amazing, professional service from a practise such as Whiteacres, reception staff, nursing staff and medical staff have been kind, professional and informative.
