Patient Opinions

A recent positive review highlights the helpfulness and informativeness of a staff member named Ellie, who assisted with an ear infection. However, it's worth noting that the overall sentiment is not overwhelmingly positive, indicating potential areas where the center could enhance patient satisfaction.

Recommendations for Potential Patients

For individuals considering a visit to White House Farm Medical Centre, it's important to recognize both the center's accessible facilities and its broad range of medical services. However, given the average rating, prospective patients might want to approach their visit with realistic expectations and perhaps inquire directly about their specific needs during the booking process.

The center's accessibility features make it a welcoming option for those with mobility concerns, which is a significant plus. Yet, the need for improvement in patient satisfaction points to the possibility of less than ideal experiences. Therefore, while the facility appears equipped to cater to a variety of medical needs, it may be beneficial to look into additional reviews or consider reaching out through their official website to gather more current information or to directly express any concerns.

False name used to prevent petty reprisals:

1) Making an appointment is difficult to the degree where you dread trying to make one. Those reading will understand.
2) When you get to see a doctor, there is little in the way of follow-up care.
3) Twice I have been in to find the gel dispensers empty (and once the toilet had no soap).
4) Twice now, GP's I have seen haven't followed best practice regarding investigations, which is why I am now forced to go private for my care.

I would say find another practice, but this practice is a proper reflection of the dire state of the NHS in general.

Disaster place!!! Maybe apart from that receptionist, lovely nurse Ele.
If you have a bit of luck u may see a doctor ⛔⛔⛔⛔🔙🔙, not even look at the problem, checking symptoms in Google, and standard procedure blood test, and again and again. Have knee pain for 5 years due to accident, report few times and nothing, bowel problem for 18 months, 4 visits, blood test, samples, and guess what... NOTHING
Oh I forgot, they sign repeat prescription in few days 👋
I wish u all stay healthy

They don't answer the phone so to make an appointment for you or your children is impossible. This is why A&E and all other services are over run, because they don't even answer the phone. 30 minutes in queue position 1!!

Fantastic service, happy friendly reception staff, the Doctors, Eleanor & Fiona and the team of advanced Nurse practitioners and Nurse Diane are all brilliant, kind caring staff.
For a village this size the staff work under immense pressure to see as many patients they can a day, unfortunatly its impossible to see everyone who rings in the morning. When the probably have 100 appointments and 1000 people ring.
Keep up the great work looking after as many patients as you can each day you would be greatly missed by many if you were not there.
Kind regards
Leanne Gravil

Absolutely shocking service. The receptionist is rude and abrupt. The doctors don't want to treat anyone. It's about time they pulled themselves together and start behaving like a health care practice.
They can make appointments for vaccines. But getting help with ongoing medical issues is an absolute joke!

Awful practice. Cannot get through to the practice and even though you get to first base it could be forever before you are able to speak to someone. Talk to a doctor, you must be joking. Hopeless practice. My advice is to go elsewhere.
