Yes I was really happy with the service the lady in question gave me. It has taken 3 visits to clear the problem especially with my left ear. The lady has been so patient with me. Given the fact I only had to make one payment for the whole 3 visits thank you so very much I can hear again now in both ears. I would recommend this practice to anyone yours sincerely. John W .

great experience, got my yellow fever vaccination here for my trip to peru at short notice. Pharmacist was quick and lovely. Definitely recommend anyone looking to travel to get vaccinated here 🙂

Prescriptions not delivered for a 90 year old disabled patient for 10 days!

Surgery issued proscription but pharmacy never delivered the prescription for 10 days. On enquiring about this we were informed that prescription was misfiled! Furthermore the manager suggested that delivery is a free service from pharmacy not sure what he meant I.e. you might get your medication you might not ?! Very poor service specially from a manager level what hope there is for the rest of the team ! People with such attitude should not be in care business especially for elderly !

This situation raises several serious concerns:

Is the pharmacy aware of the consequences of a 90-year-old disabled patient not receiving medication for 10 days?

Is the pharmacy aware that elderly, disabled patients are often unable to chase their medication and rely on pharmacy staff to do their job ?

Will be raising a formal complaint.

I had an appointment for ear wax removal. It was the first time I had been to Wheatley pharmacy and my first impressions were that it was modern, spotlessly clean and brightly lit. Staff were friendly and helpful and the microsuction treatment by Jay was excellent. He was professional, friendly and gave me good advice. A bonus: there's free parking outside too!
