I contacted wharfedale practice by phone after Cathie Gibbs was recommended to me. There only seems to be an impersonal mailbox, no way to talk to anyone, I left 2 messages over 4 days before anyone called me back, I called them back the same day but it's now been 5 days since then with no call back.
I thought a service that was meant to help people would have been more helpful and supportive. By being so poor they've left me in a worse state of mind not knowing where to try next. If services that are meant to be good ignore you, where else is there. I'd give zero stars if I could.

After years with a nightmare condition, and almost no life, trapped indoors, friendless, Cathie Gibbs diagnosed my condition. For 20 years I was in the dark, and she told me what had caused it, and how it could be dealt with. She referred me to a hypnotherapist at the practice, Julie. After 2 years, I was a changed man, and had a life again. They are special people at Wharfedale. Warm and friendly,and with extraordinary skills alongside a caring approach.
