I have had to beg for help, which was very humiliating, and my cpn just ignored mine and my partners request for extra support . Nothing.
Ive been made to think I'm below the professionals when it comes to knowing my mental health. I've been battling it for over 35 years and spent a lot of time getting to know and understand myself.
I'm not being listened to and I feel hopeless.

Absolutely dreadful place to be referred to! They do not care ! Receptionist are absolutely horrible a woman named Marie or Maria answered the phone with such attitude towards me becaus I had enough and explained that they weren't helping me. I have been with them for over 6 months now and the first time I went there the doctor prescribed me ADHD medication that got stopped on th NHS app after 2 orders and haven't received anything from them still and that's been over 4 months.
Needs new receptionist that actually care about people's mental health and stop being so careless. I told them I want to end my life not once but twice, I have also told them I have harmed myself and even then that's still not enough.

Worst place to get referred to when you’re struggling and desperate for help. I got told the team will come up with a plan for my MH and treatment. Didn’t heard from them again till a couple of weeks before I moved away from the area, absolutely useless.

I’ve been ignored by the mental health for years, last year I tried to kill myself again and I got a letter saying they no longer want to deal with you.. they really can’t deal with people with mental health but are happy too take the money… no one there is qualified to deal with mental health people…I’ve been going for 20yrs and nothing has ever been done…it’s all about the pay check not about the person
