On arriving at the hospital, tried to park and found no spaces. Then spotted signs for another car park (c). You have to go out the exit turn left and next left at a roundabout. Thankfully plenty of spaces here but have to walk all the way through hospital to get to main reception. The staff and doctor I saw were all very polite and I was seen promptly. The hospotal, although looks a little dated from outside, was clean and updated inside.

Update. Recently visited for a minor operation and was treated on day care unit 2. The staff were excellent and looked after me well for my first ever operation.

Unfortunately over the years I have visited several wards at WPH. I must say staff are very friendly, helpful and caring. In outpatient appointments you are not being rushed (like in other hospitals) you can ask questions and being heard. Always found the hospital to be clean. Yes car park can be difficult, however that's council's fault for increasing population without extra care facilities

Clean modern hospital, wasn't like any hospital I've been in before and I've moved around alot. All the staff were beyond lovely, comforting and friendly; yes there were standard emergency department wait times but I think people forget how lucky we are to have this service for free. I had initial tests, blood pressure, ecg, blood tests and x Ray all within 4 hours across various departments. Everything ran smooth and efficient. Other than a private hospital, I think this is the best I've been to.

We went today (Boxing Day) and they were absolutely excellent. We were seen very quickly, the nurses were so caring and also saw us extra quickly as we were on our way to the airport when our son caught his hand in car door. We got seen and had an xray plus results (inc x ray checked by consultant) and out in 45 mins. Couldn’t have been better service

I went to A and E at Wexham Park Hospital yesterday. I was very impressed with the level of care I received and the professionalism of all of the many staff that I encountered there. I received a complete check over - full MOT and the results thoroughly explained to me. The care that I received was above and beyond anything I could have expected. What a credit to the NHS !

My girlfriend was admitted to A&E on Thursday evening at about 17:30 and didn't see a doctor until 4am. Being told by the A&E staff they were short staffed of doctors as locums didn't turn up.

I cannot praise Wexham Hospital enough for the exceptional level of care and professionalism I experienced. From the moment I arrived, the staff were not only friendly and kind but showed a genuine concern for my wellbeing—something you don’t often see.

After struggling with unresolved issues at another hospital, Wexham’s team managed to identify and destroy not one, but three kidney stones, which was a huge relief. Their thoroughness and dedication were truly impressive. I was equally surprised and touched when, after my surgical procedure, the hospital called to check on how I was feeling. This attention to detail and patient care felt on par with what one would expect from a private hospital.

A huge well done to the management and administration for creating such a well-run, compassionate environment. Wexham Hospital has truly set a benchmark for care.

Spent 5 hours there on Saturday 26, overall couldn't fault them. Had to go back on Sunday for a CT Scan and it was a different hospital. The Ct scan machine was broken. No one had even told reception, let alone patients like me. I was sent to another ct section that was shuttered and silent. Went back to reception, bearing in mind I had just got over a heavy heavy. 1 receptionist, with the help of one of the overstretched ambulance admission nurses manually organised the scan and took me there. Had to book in for a triage nurse after. Incredibly rude lady. Barked at me, asked why I had bothered coming as the initial pain had gone.barked at me to wait for my results but it would be a long while. Disgusted. 10 hours plus wait advertised. So I discharged myself. Wexham has improved incredibly over the last few years but today it was back to its old ways. Medal to the a and e receptionist and ambulance admission nurse. Retraining for the a and e ct scan staff and the appalling triage nurse I saw. And whoever is in charge,, you are well paid to be on top of this
