I was seen my the nurse Hannah and she was brilliant, patient and very understanding she knows how to treat a patient without doubt. Really friendly & so helpful reception staff on the phone & in person,. You didn’t feel like you were asking too much for an appointment, the reception team are just so understanding. The doctor was very thorough & follow up call was made promptly. I felt listened to throughout. The HCA I saw was friendly & kind, explained what she was doing at every stage.

The Weston House Surgery staff, including Hatherley Surgery are excellent in dealing with my calls in a sympathetic and understanding manner. The phone back facility is a very good and efficient way of avoiding long call waits.
I found the medical staff highly professional, caring and very helpful in clearly explaining the likely cause and remedy to my conditions.

Having discovered that my GP had not processed a repeat prescription from April, when I needed to reorder it the staff at Western house were at first reluctant to help with my request for it to be processed asap. I then got through to Hazel who pushed this through from start to finish making extra effort to ensure I could collect my prescription same day, plus calling me back to let me know what was going on. If only there were more people like her in our NHS!
