Some.. of the receptionists there are most condescending, arrogant, rude, without sympathy let alone empathy downright inhospitable ill mannered human beings I've had the misfortune of liaising with. Where as others it's the opposite. Luck of the draw I guess.

As for the nurse, Yasmin. I'd recommend anyone book with her for kind words, professional conduct and a gentle demeanour. Yasmin in my opinion is a credit to the industry.

All the doctors I've seen there are also professional.

If you manage to get through to a decent receptionist then you're on to a good thing.

Impossible to get through on the phone, can’t fault the staff though, they are always helpful and friendly. Every time I get an opportunity to call (because I work a full time job), I’m told that I’m 15th in the queue or something, so I give up immediately. Also, appointments now have to be booked through their website, where a form requests personal information about your illness. I refuse to use this form, my problems should be between myself and my GP.
Extremely unhappy with this surgery now. They even stopped blood tests at the surgery, which was quick and easy, so now they have to be done at the Hospital where there’s it’s a pain to park and it’s not free. So I’ve missed my last two now because of this. Ridiculous state of affairs.

Spent unnecessary time trying to find the blood taking room. Walked the corridors looking before having to walk all the way back to near the entrance to the centre. Would advise this be clearly shown as the blood taking room.

A couple of weeks ago, I Arrived at a private appointment , sat waiting for 30 minutes passed my appointment time only when I went up to the reception desk and asked what the delay was, was I informed my dentist wasn’t even in the building yet! Just arrived for the above appointment again, to be told the dentist was on annual leave. Absolutely disgusted at this service, no one persons time is any less important then the others. Absolutely fuming. I will keep my nhs appointment and go elsewhere for all my private appointments. Regards mrs thorneycroft

Well, what can I say other than fab service and really friendly staff.
I’ve had a couple of emergency requests for help and they have been there to help
Today I had to have a tooth out and really, I was not looking forward to this, really not, but they were reassuring and it was done very quickly and easier than I was expecting.

I recently arrived early for an appointment, so parked and waited in the car park rather than enter the building. It was not unti I got out of the car ten minutes later that I read the parking signs and realised that the carpark was for the gym ONLY. I reparked in the shopping centre and walked back. However, the stay has now just cost me £60.00 in a parking fine.

If there were an option of less than 1 star, I would have chosen that for this clinic's poor customer service! It's soooo difficult to get any appointment here plus they do not pre-book you, though this is mentioned on their website!
