Excellent service at main reception and screening area. Clean and uncluttered space. I was seen on time. Special mention and thanks to the member of staff who performed the screening: friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional.

Came for a Saturday morning appointment, on time. Kept waiting 2 hours.
Receptionist wrongly advised to sit in wrong waiting area but clearly not bothered to let the doctor know HER mistake. They spent the whole time chatting away. Maybe if they concentrated more on their jobs. Advised by another we can give you a later appt slot at the bottom of the morning session. Not exactly fair, when you already have an appointment slot from the morning, which you arrived for on time to be seen.
Appaulling service from receptionists and handling or their mistake to resolve matter. No accountability and a total disregard for patient's time.
Dr was polite and very helpful and apologised for wait. The Medical Centre itself is nice and it's just a shame some of the staff let it down.

Only bad thing I would say coming here was I waited almost over 30 minutes for my appointment to be seen. Which was frustrating for me as I came here during my lunch break and was late getting back to work

Today I had a very bad experience with the assistant named Alex, Doctor Mr. Bassem Saleh, He has a very bad behavior towards patients, I don't think he is competent to work in such an institution, first of all, his salary is paid from our money....
