I feel like giving another review won’t help or feeling their feedback form won’t help them to improve their services. But I just wish they would understand what ppl coming for not to shop or anything but to see doctors. My appointment was booked confirmed twice thrice and when I was there for it, suddenly it disappeared like they never booked it in, and I also have received text messages.. I suspect they didn’t want to see me as receptionist mentioned they’re short of staff..and they refused saying oh you didn’t have any appointments today..

No care is given to patients they only care about the 15mins time slot, I’ve been going to the GP for the same issue for over a year now & no improvement. Never taking the time to conduct any test to find the root cause just keep writing prescription, just pure hit & miss they play with peoples lives. I’ve now resorted to self medicating cause you can’t even get an appointment unless you wake up 7:30-8am & fill the online form & hope for a face to face. I’m absolutely disgusted with this practice, even the receptionist lacks any form of sympathy or heart speaking to them is like speaking to a robot. If I could rate you a 0000 I would

While the staff here is good, I just can't wrap my head around the timing restrictions of lodging a request through the app/website. One of the benefits of having a web based system is that you don't need to have staff available meaning you can leave it open all through the day. Yet the practice only opens it up at 7:30am and closes once enough appointments have been recieved. This is inherently biased against late night workers who are unable to get up in time. Why can't excess appointments be rolled into the next day? Or have multiple windows open through the day so that people who can't lodge a request early morning still have a chance to do it.

Having read the reviews, I can hardly believe they are for the same surgery as mine.
All the staff and medical professionals are courteous and efficient, in my recent experience, i.e. the last 3 years or so.
I always get a same day appointment now that the system is online. Occasionally I've been offered an appointment at the emergency clinic at the hospital, but I rejected these as it was only a minor ailment and tried again the next day for an appointment at the surgery.
Not sure how people manage if they don't have internet access or a smartphone.
Finally, whenever I have had an appointment, I have not had to wait long.

I have been with this practice for over 30 years. It was excellent for most of the time then just before lockdown I felt it was slipping badly in standards and lodged a complaint. BUT in the last 12 months the service and care has been thoroughly modernised and is now exceptional. We'll done Westcroft team. You've been amazing.

I’m really confused about how prescriptions are received. I just got the AirMid UK app and got a digital prescription but it is invalid and there is global shortage. I deal with similar issues every month, with late prescriptions and not being able to get them. Technology and communication could be better.

Doctors are amazing though and super knowledgable and look after patients really well! They always know what they are doing and sort out everything I’ve ever needed!

I've been a patient here for over a year now and have always been seen, responded to and treated well. All the doctors, nurses, midwives and receptionists have been fantastic with the amount of pressure and patients they have to handle. I really appreciate the new online system, it's much more efficient and works well.

I don't really understand the negative reviews. I have been with the surgery for almost 20 years and have not had 1 issue. Staff are always friendly
