A wonderful place. The staff treating my dad were absolutely amazing. I wish I could name them ! They were caring, polite & helpful. The surgeon who came out to see us prior to the procedure was wonderful, informative (had a fantastic “bedside manner”) and spent time explaining everything. I cannot praise them all enough for the treatment we received today. Thank you to each and every one of you ?

Excellent place, the staff are all wonderful. They go above and beyond. They make you feel at ease, they explain all the procedures. There is one team member in particular who needs mentioning Janet Metcalf she is so good at her job, so caring and helpful. Janet put my nervous Mum to ease. She's a wonderful lady and I hope this gets passed on and I hope she gets recognised for what she does. All the consultants and nurses who dealt with my Mum a massive thank you ? I can't remember all your names.

My daughter had an appointment Sunday 14th July. The treatment & nurses were absolutely fantastic. Put her mind at ease & took very good care of her. Thank-you to the staff.

Send you an appointment for Saturday that does not open as jpeg or pdf & if you don't work it's crazy trying. Then you ring them & no one answers rung at 3.00 p.m
Need them to ring me back but who knows held on for 3 mins & 8 mins, so what sort of service is it ?

Today I've had surgery for dupuytren's. Felt the injection in my hand to numb it but didn't feel anything else. The nurses, the receptionist, the doctors and surgons were fantastic the nicest people in the world put me at ease all the way through my surgery. Thankyou thankyou for fixing my hand you are all amazing true professionals the nicest people in the world.

From Covid test to surgery the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant friendly and efficient , all on time as detailed. Kept fully informed as op., went along. The whole unit was bright and clean, a credit to all.
