I recently visited my GP surgery, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. The appointment process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The surgery itself was clean and well-organized, which added to my confidence in the care provided.I’m truly grateful for the exceptional service and would highly recommend this GP surgery to others. Thank you for your dedication and support!

I visited this Surgery practice today and felt the need to leave a review as I was shocked at how this “MEDICAL” practice is conducting itself. Firstly, the receptionists, were rude and deceitful. The practice itself reeks of pure negligence. The lack of unprofessionalism throughout this practice was truly shocking to say the least. If there was a minus rating I'd use that. I also witnessed first hand how they treated this poor young lady in the most despicable, inhumane manner. Ambushing her in contempt if this is the level in standard of care available in 2025 then it truly shows how doomed of a state we are in. I would strongly urge you to refrain from going anywhere near it let alone using their services. I will also most definitely be sending this review to ICB! And reporting this surgery!

I am incredibly grateful to the entire team at Westbury Medical Practice for their support and professionalism. From my first contact with the person handling my emergency call, I received compassionate and helpful advice. This led to the PA organizing a medical intervention, for which I am sincerely thankful. I am now feeling more positive and awaiting my test results. The care and kindness I experienced from the team made a significant difference during a challenging time. Thank you all!

I attended for a blood test. I told the lady who was to do the test that I am frightened of needles, and asked that either a small needle or an anaesthetic spray be used. She replied "we don't have anything like that here - we are not a blood test centre". She said that all she could do would be to get a colleague to sit with me and reassure me while she took the blood. I declined and left.
Totally unacceptable.

One of receptionist is very rude I did complain already.
I called to book an appointment for my daughter as she was unwell. During the call, I coughed lightly, and the receptionist responded by saying, “Next time, remove your face from the phone, you are giving me a headache.”
I found this comment to be extremely rude and unprofessional, especially coming from a healthcare provider. I expect to be treated with respect when seeking medical care for my child.my call today 19/02/2025 at 8:35 am
“I will not tolerate such treatment. She spoke to me as if I were a child, and I demand a serious resolution to this issue
She is lady dark brown skinned
It seems that this receptionist has a history of being rude to many people.😡
She continues to be very rude to people.”

I’ve been a long time patient at this surgery and I’m very happy with the doctors there, especially Dr Kirilov, who’s my gp for years now, so giving this review isn’t about the doctors there but about the receptionists. There is especially one of them (dark hair and brown skin) lady who isn’t professional at all. I went to book an emergency appointment this morning at 8:15am, parked my car at their car park area, and used the back door to enter the building. When I walked in she looked at me very confused, without saying “morning” or greeting me she started questioning where I was coming from and why I was using the back door, saying it’s only for wheelchairs and pointing me the front door saying I should use that instead.
Another thing is when I asked for the appointment and said I was in a lot of pain, she said “you know people here are queueing since 8am (it was 8:15am when I was there), and they took all appointments so we can only offer you at 3pm”. Almost like she didn’t care at all. Then, I asked if I can discuss 2 things which are equally important and urgent but she declined saying I can only discuss 1 matter at a time refusing to give me another appointment. I just find this unprofessional and it’s not the first time she’s acting like this, so the surgery better do something about upskilling their employees!
