We have been registered with these guys for about 15 years and can’t fault them at all. They’re always friendly, helpful and understanding. The faculty at this surgery really do care about our wellbeing and do everything they can to help, advise and treat their patients. Wouldn’t want to be registered anywhere else.

I would give this medical centre less if I could. I have had a condition for the last 6months and I have been to the doctors over it 7 times. Out of those 7, 0 have been an appointment with a fully qualified doctor, only 1 of them have been an appointment at this doctors location and each appointment takes 2+weeks to even been seen.

We have been registered at Westbrook medical centre for over thirty years. The service is very professional and efficient. The care we have received is second to none. From the receptionist nurses and doctors we cannot fault them. The only thing that I would wish for is shorter waiting times to get an appointment.

We have been registered at Westbrook for over 30 years and would highly recommend them. We can always get through on the phone and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The nurses are excellent. The doctors are very attentive and do a fantastic job. It's easy to communicate with them through the EConsult system.

Visited Doctors today and spoke to a lovely receptionist Dawn, we didn’t have high hopes of an appointment, even though husband poorly. Dawn went to speak with someone and arranged for an immediate appointment, absolutely brilliant, thank you Dawn

Suffering with a UTI over weekend. Took a urine sample into the Medical Centre first thing Monday morning. Receptionist was friendly and professional. Received a phone call late afternoon that day telling me that I did indeed have a UTI and that a prescription for antibiotics had been sent to my nominated pharmacy. Excellent service.

Can't get through to the receptionist on the phone to make appointments as the lines are always too busy. Also can't go to the reception desk anymore to make an appointment due to Covid. So what's the point of sending me letters through the post asking me to come for a flu jab amongst other things when it's so difficult to attend the surgery in the first place. Also having to wait a month to get any kind of appointment is just ridiculous. Hope things are back to some kind of normality sometime next year to make life easier for patients again.
