Newest receptionist very rude and just yells at people, just screamed down the phone at me yelling do patches.. no clue what that even is as never done that in my whole life. Will be making a formal complaint isn’t the first incident with this staff member. Really puts the surgery to shame as the rest are so lovely and helpful
Won’t be ringing up again until she’s moved of the phone lines as she’s not helpful in the slightest

Dr. Iqbal's exceptional care and compassion towards my health concerns truly made a difference. He went out of his way to secure me an appointment and referred me to a specialist, displaying his extensive knowledge and expertise in the field. I feel incredibly grateful to have discovered such an outstanding GP clinic, where the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. I can't thank them enough for the exceptional service they provide to my family and I.

A few months ago, Dr Iqbal went out of his way to make sure I got an appointment and was very understanding and compassionate regarding my health concerns. He took the time to listen and referred me on to a specialist. I am so grateful to have found a brilliant GP surgery, with staff who are friendly, kind, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you.

I called up today and the receptionist seemed unfriendly and curt, just seemed impolite at times. Not sure if she was having a bad day. I understand the workload might be high but this seemed uncouth somewhat.

It is a small surgery so they don't have as many full time GPs as others in the area so keep this in mind when registering.

Amazing surgery, reception staff are polite, understanding and actually take interest in you and your children when in the waiting room. Nurse's are also amazing even when they have the tough and heart breaking jobs of making your children cry by poking them with needles, they try their best to make them smile again by giving stickers, take extra home on papers, chair spinning and also take interest in whatever toy/treat you've brought to distract them. Also making you feel comfortable with chitchat and giving you as much privacy as possible when they need to be all up in your lady business when you need to go for stretch and sweeps, smears ect. Doctors have all also been amazing, especially Dr Iqbal, totally understanding, push for further testing as soon as possible and getting you on transfer lists, actually listen to you with understanding and sympathy, instead of fobbing you off with painkillers like some surgeries, these actually try to find the root of your pain and problems. I've never had any issues with this surgery... Westbourne you're doing a great job. You's giving 1 star are out of your noggings, go move to Lindley group practice 🤣 and be on the waiting line for an hour, to then have reception tell you no appointments and ring again tomorrow, no appointments for weeks, fobbed off. (happened to my partner, now moved to this surgery after so many issues with other, he's much happier now)
