I wouldn't recommend this surgery at all. In my experience they're incapable of basic communication and they operate blanket policies that will harm people and would have harmed me. They've left me hanging and call back requests aren't actioned by the practice manager. They haven't contacted me once, yet I've had to chase them continuously.

I guess it's better to learn this prior to moving over. If this is how prospective patients are treated, I can imagine it's no better if you actually need the help of a GP.

Whilst I've already asked your staff to cancel my transfer request twice, I don't have a great deal of faith in your surgery, so I'll reiterate again here: please cancel my transfer request. I do not want to join your awful surgery.

I've been waiting for a call back from the practice manager for over two weeks. He's been sent multiple tasks and he's just completely ignoring me.

I am very disappointed with the service at Westview Millennium Surgery. I tried multiple times to make an appointment for my wife, who urgently needed antibiotics, but I was unable to secure one. Even after paramedics intervened and spoke with the GP to stress the importance of the situation, no appointment was arranged. I don’t understand why we were kept waiting despite the clear urgency. I called the surgery four or five times, but nothing was resolved. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and concerning.

I’ve been with this surgery for over 20 years, I wouldn’t leave
I can always get an appointment without long waits on the phone, the staff are all lovely and very helpful, they genuinely want to help. The econsult service is fantastic, I can get a response within the hour sometimes!
I feel most of the gp’s are good and thorough and the nurse practitioners are brilliant

Absolutely terrible! I would have given zero stars if that was possible!

I've just relocated and have health issues. I tried to register there but was told I can't register there until I have an appointment. I was told they had no appointments for 2 weeks. I asked if I could book an appointment for after two weeks and was told that wasn't possible. I would have to keep calling to try and make an appointment. This is by far the worst surgery I've come across. You would think they were dentists not wanting to take on NHS patients - shocking!

Best doctors practice in NE area. Receptionists try hard to get you seen. Doctors are great. Sign post you on quickly for further treatments. Been with this practice since day1, I'd never go anywhere else. Pescription repeats , super 5* fast. Thank you 🌸 Doctors, nurses, receptionist cleaners and everyone

Prescription line Receptionist said I had used my asthma inhaler too quickly and did not send /canceled my order to the chemist despite me telling them I had ran out.
I now have no medication left and they are closed for the weekend.

Been in this surgery for a couple of years after moving from the one on the Headland. Never needed to visit for anything until now. Can't get an appointment and just get told to go to urgent care or do an e-consultation. Absolutely rubbish. All people need is to speak to a bloody doctor. Waste of time.

dr Mohan is arrogent, unsympathetic and down right ignorant. I went for some help after loosing my mum. he reminded me of my medical history and told me I had depression before my mam died, so what's different now? hate the man
