Since my arrival I have been nothing but looked after. It was incredible. I was having a twin hernia operation. I was reassured beforehand. After op I was looked after like a lord. I can only say that the nurse, Blithe is not only an asset but a lovely person. Puts faith into compassion. Nothing any bother all night long, I’m glad they decided to keep me in as initially I was hoping to go home. 100% recommendation - thank you also to the catering lady ..

My daughter had abdominal surgery at the hospital yesterday Wednesday 5th March. The staff, from check in until check out were professional, polite and welcoming. A first class service and experience for my daughter. She couldn't praise the staff more highly.

What a hospital and what lovely staff. I went in today, for hydrocele repair on the NHS. Turns out when Mr Matthews got to the site of the problem, it was not a hydrocele (misdiagnosis) I am now referred back to my GP who did not make the diagnosis for another Ultrasound. My experience today, which turned out to an exploratory operation, was second to none. Everyone who dealt with me had excellent communication skills, was kind and caring. Excellent. Thank-you. Word can’t describe just how good this hospital is, the staff are beyond fantastic and so friendly, the facilities are superb, clean, fresh and well managed. I had my left hip replaced, it took three months from being referred to getting a new full hip. This really has to be the model for future, non emergency surgery scheduled and done on the allotted day. So from me a huge thank you.

Nicest, kindest, friendliest and the most polite staff I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much everyone specially a gentleman called Rob (don’t know his surname) his kind words and caring made the procedure much much easier and and massive thanks to Rob again, Dr Camprodon and two other lovely ladies who just by entering my room with a lovely heartwarming smile, my stress level dropped to zero at that moment. And everything else on time and perfect.

Not a patient myself, but the daughter of a very happy patient! The treatment my mother received from start to finish was second to none, i would like to thank every single one of the incredibly hard working wonderful staff that do this company proud! I would though, especially like to thank Sonia Herron-Moore, whose care, support and love could not be described in words. My mom is an incredibly strong woman, and for the first time i saw her worry about her imminent hip operation, however the shining light which is Sonia came and collected her and took her up for her surgery, calming her down as she waved us all goodbye. By the time she’d settled in her room and given us a call she was already 100% calmer, allowing us all to breathe! That evening when I went to see my mom, she was a new woman! Sonia came in and i could immediately tell my mom was in the safest most caring hands. I was absolutely terrified of visiting hours knowing i would have to leave her once again in just a few hours time, but after meeting Sonia i knew mom was in the best hands and in for a great night. She kept us both well informed and entertained throughout and we always looked forward to her drop-ins!! When it was time to take my mom home, she went above and beyond once again. Noticing how nervous i was to be the one collecting mom after the surgery she helped me to walk her down to the car. She helped me get her into my tiny fiesta with absolute ease, whilst also giving me tips for how to safely get her in and out of the car for future reference, which was greatly appreciated. Since being home moms re-told many stories from their interactions showing this daunting surgery has been bypassed by the incredible service provided! I could not praise this incredible woman anymore if i tried! She deserves all the credit in the world - From our ENTIRE family to you - Thank you so very much.
