We never actually visited but I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Wendy. My daughter was very unwell, after a major cock up by our doctors taking her off the books meant she could not have an appointment, being turned away by our local A&E and begging a pharmacist to help Wendy was truly the only one that showed compassion, you actually made us both smile in what what a very tough evening. So thank you very much, I hope your employer appreciates your kindness as much as we did.

Just returned from a visit to this hospital. A relatively minor operation. From start to finish, the whole procedure was carried out in the most caring and professional manner. Anaesthetic not worn off yet but a very big thank you to the team who made me as comfortable as possible.

I visited the Minor Injuries Department of this lovely little hospital today following an injury to right ankle following a fall. I was seen promptly and X-Rayed. They then called me two hours after I returned home with the X-Ray results. Fitted with walking boot same evening. Very impressed with the efficiency of staff who were all very kind and pleasant.

Visited last night after falling down the stairs at weekend. Still in lots of pain so GP said go get xray. Too late for xray but nurse Jo and nurse Susie-I think- were extremely helpful and examined me,asked lots of questions, said alot of long words! But concluded a possible fractured coccyx. Go home and rest..oh and take pain relief.

We visited the hospital whilst away on holiday and would have to say that as hospital visits go, it was almost a pleasurable experience. Fully expecting to be spending the majority of the day to be seen and treated ( as per our norm for East Yorkshire ) we were in and out within a couple of hours, having been dealt with in the most pleasant and caring manner by hospital staff that really seemed to care and are a real credit to the NHS.

Excellent service when in Glastonbury for a few days. Husband was seen straight away and treated for quinsy (throat abcess). Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Wish our local centre was as good.
