I've just had my holiday jabs here. The check in process is straight forward and quick.

As my local surgery, I find that I'm actually able to see them face to face within 10 days of making an appointment.

There can be a wait to see staff, even when you arrive on time. However, this no different from elsewhere.

The reception staff are pleasant and efficient.

This GP is very good and provides outstanding service. In my opinion, I am not sure why the reviews are so low. The service has been amazing and all our needs have been met with efficency. I highly recommend this Practice to everyone in the Borough for its incredible service and attention to patients.

Thank you

No stars ideally. Deregistred my brother, a severe mental health patient, and left him at risk with no medication. He cannot easily make appointments due to severe OCD, pyschosis and complications. No home visit (despite the request). Care home staff attended surgery and were not able to rectify. Result: Dial '111' to get vital medication for a few days. Is this a responsible/caring surgery?

They’re recruiting clueless physician associates and misleading the public by calling them doctors at the reception. One of them literally googled my symptoms right in front of me and clearly had no idea what she was doing. Thank god she routinely brings Dr Shashikanth in to properly diagnose when she doesn’t know what she’s doing (which is 99% of the time). They should get rid of these associates and employ proper GPs instead.

The most discussing GP staff ever heard is the west london medical center. This GP should be closed completely forever or get a new professional staff and not apprenticeship staff working as a doctor or nurse, very un experienced staff. I haven’t registered with this GP because I have moved home 1 month ago and i wanted an emergency appointment for my self as I was very very sick I had very bad cough and vomiting also. The person I explained and I spoke to on the phone said to me you are not registered which I was on the process of registration and I asked the rude lady kindly if someone will be able to see me or book me in for emergency appointment but all she said it was ‘sorry mam you not registered I can’t help you I said please and she said sorry and she said bye and hanged up the phone. Very very rude staff I don’t think so they have ever been to school on their life because very rude staff and they haven’t been trained properly to have that position. I had the worst experience ever with those people that don’t care about people at all. Now I am writing this review so other people will now that if they will in same case as me or not they will be having the same experience with this disgusting GP. It should really close down forever or change the staff and have professional staff and professional doctors and nurses. 😡👿

Wow 40 minutes past my appointment time, no communication, not ideal when having to take time out of work to attend. Dr Shashikanth repeatedly denies requests for medication with no communication, reason or review, only then being granted when I say I will complain to the health authorities, lack of compassion, understanding, knowledge of patients history. Awful surgery, would change in a heartbeat if I could find another surgery. Also, I specifically ask for easy to swallow medication due to my condition which I'm told no due to the higher cost, I pay for prescriptions so I don't see why this is an issue. Control and power seem to be a theme here, oh and money!

This GP Surgery should be closed down. I would give 0 stars if I could. The main receptionist and administrator is so rude and arrogant. The admin staff do whatever they can to stop you from getting access to medical treatment. Just trying to book routine blood tests becomes a battle. The Surgery has not got many Doctors so when you have booked telephone appointments with a GP, it is often a nurse or physician associate that actually calls you and they don't even tell you who they are and what their job title is. This could be very dangerous for a patient so that's why I left this practice after being a patient for many years. I would have left sooner but we all got caught up in Covid-19 so that stopped me from changing my GP practice for a while. The main GP partner is also spread across two GP surgeries and is hardly ever present at this one. I don't recommend this GP Surgery to anybody.

This GP does not deserve a one rating star and the reason one star was given cos of the comment need to be published. Don't want to name any doctors or staff. But would recommend anyone and everyone not to register here. My Daughter has skin ailments and the skin specialist at Hillingdon Annexe told us to get a review done every year. Now the doctors here at GP are not ready to give a referral letter rather telling us to buy medicine over the counter for our 7 year old daughter. On the other side Pharmacy staff is advising us on not to buy these medicines over the counter as they need to be prescribed and don't buy by spending money on the ones which can be prescribed by doctor. The worst ever happened was a doctor advising to apply coconut oil for my daughter skin issues where they know it can be only treated by medicated cream or lotion.
