Good service great front desk service nurses are very nice and kind docs are good only issue i can think of is how hard it is to get an appointment but that is the same everywhere there are too few appointments and not enough doctors so if you haven't got one for that day by quarter past would be near impossible too get one.
So overall I would give a great review for the practice overall thanks guy's and gal's

From reading other reviews on here I guess I have been very fortunate.
I do agree that it's difficult to get an appointment first thing in the morning, that's the reason I have took a star off however, the service I have received since transferring here during Covid, has been great for me.
I work at a school so, often have to work around school holidays for my appointments, and I have always managed to get either a telephone consultation or a face to face.
I understand my experience has been different from a lot of other people and I hope this continues.

I attended surgery on Monday with a serious problem. I was listened to and examined and referred on that day to appropriate services. I was followed up on Wednesday and Thursday as i had been advised Wednesday to attend A/E.
I agree that there are problems with accessing appointments at this surgery however my recent experience was professional and helpful.

Great advice from GP in telephone appointment. Unfortunately I need a face to face consultation and it will be 3 and a half week to first free date. Although I can call each day to see if there are any cancellations.

Sandra and Heather have been so helpful to me over the last few months.Sandra especially went above and beyond to get me xray documents. The doctors are lovely too and you can usually get an appointment during the week

I rang this morning, thursday 1May 2025 to see a doctor and they answered the phone within 3 rings. I have never had cause to compliain and think all the staff are brilliant. Keep up the good work guys.

I have been at west end medical centre for numerous years. It is sometimes difficult to get appointments as and when needed.
Staff are polite and helpful .
