Stopped providing travel vaccinations, instead get directed to a pharmacy who have no record of my previous vaccinations.
Jan had a record of every vaccinations I had, when I needed a booster etc. Think ill risk catching ebola and let the doctors sort it out

As with all doctor's surgery, they are extremely busy and hard to get through to at times. However, the care you receive is much better than some I have attended. I lived down south for a while, and I can say, without a doubt, the care from this surgery is fantastic compared to some southern practices.

My wife took my 2 year old son in at 8:05 this morning as he is covered in a rash & couldn’t get through via phone. You’d think at that age that we could get an appointment to see a doctor. Reception abruptly turned them away & advised there’s no chance today & you’ll have to ring back tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting!!

Ended up going Cavendish Court who advised the he’s got scarlet virus & requires antibiotics!!!

…Oh & im still waiting on test results that were promised last Tuesday.

The receptionist has been rude and unhelpful, not for the first time, to my 81year old mother in law.
They won't put up with patients who abuse the staff which I fully agree with however, they need to teach the staff how to be polite and supportive to patients.

How can it be so difficult to get an appointment? It's ridiculous, you pretty much have to book an appointment before you need one.
And the online system is useless as it only refers to the nurse & again, never anything available.
We need a new surgery adap

I have no complaints. Dr Zafar is amazing, very thorough, always shows compassion and understanding to ur issues and doesn't make u feel rushed. The reception staff are helpful too.
The only down side is something due to the national NHS pressures is the time u have to wait to see a GP BUT this is out of the clinics hands.

Shocking, receptionist very unhelpful and rude. Waiting for referal to hospital for a child took 3 months and several phone calls to get it sorted.

Reception staff not friendly and very unhelpful it states medical centre but when asked to see a doctor there are no nurses or doctors on the premises disgusting
