The worst GP surgery in the town. I wouldn't even give one star if there was a option. All we asked for the GP to check the RED book and tick on a medical report form for the type of immunization a child patient has taken, they refused to do that. We Also asked the GP stamp the medical to confirm that they are the GP of the patient, they say it will take up to 3 weeks for the GP to stamp which was absolutely ridiculous. I moved my family to Linkway Medical Practice and you should do that too. You will get much better care and service than this gibberish.

9th in the queue, waiting over 40 mins and all appointments gone for the day at all 4 surgeries.

I have been receiving texts to book an appointment with the GP to review my test results. I have been calling all week to book said appointment but the surgery supposedly has nothing available. I have asked for the results to at least be sent to me, but that is also not possible.

The receptionists at the surgery are rude and act as if the appointment being booked are coming out of their own time. Only when I asked receptionist Billy to provide her name did she begin to be helpful and provide me with details to complain to practice managers for not being able to book an appointment all week.

My mom’s blood pressure has dropped very low which is giving her issues and when I asked for an appointment with the nurse it was said by Billy this would be a waste of time.

It has been a complete waste of my time calling all week trying to get an appointment after receiving a text being instructed to do so.

This service is appalling and it is just terrible the situation we are forced to be in because of the surgery. I do not believe we are receiving an adequate service from the receptionist staff let alone any proper healthcare.

If I am not able to book an appointment, how else can I review my test results from the GP.

If i could put 0 stars i would, worst GP. Tried calling them a number of times and no answer, each time i was on hold for long periods of time, phone rings out after holding on answer machine. I was 3rd in the cue for 47 mins

If I could give 0 stars i honestly would because this gp has gone massively downhill. They said to call at 8am for appointments but you end up being on hold for 1hr and then they tell you there’s no appointments and when you ask them questions they become very rude, such awful manners. Also they don’t do face to face appointments, they only do telephone calls.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Probably one of the worst gp services. Doctor Tariq is amazing but the receptionists need to humble themselves, youre not guarding the door of Narnia. Called for an appointment and she just said ‘no appointment’ and cut the call before i could ask anything else. Never give appointments and the worst attitudes. If you have no compassion or good character this job isnt suited for you sorry.
