Rude reception staff. Don't want to listen to anything.
Appointment times are never followed. You have to wait for an hour or two.

Visited today for a Paediatric appointment. Reception is the first point of contact, so at least listen. Or have you given them instructions to misbehave if someone is not your patient.

Worst medical centre I have ever been to. I needed a reference for a high profile job and put my trust in one of the more senior management members (Kathrn) and a senior doctor(D S Ottey) they gave me the worst reference in the history of employment.

I asked my employer who had sent the information and WB medical centre wouldn't tell me for 3+ weeks who had sent the Information and i had to get my employer to contact them to send me the information it was so embarrising!

The receptionists gave me an unmanned mail box to forward my complaint. My review is that everything looks good on the surface but behind closed doors the management and people skills fall well below standards.

I have contacted the CQC and they are investigating as well as the general medical council over the handling. I am deeply unhappy and being 30s has ended my reputation with my employer.

Other than that the Phlebotomists are amazing and very good at what they do and i respect them for their commitment and always on time with results.

Registered I and my kids when we just moved to west bridgford. The nurses were super nice but the Asian female doctor?! My goodness, she was mean, she wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. Nahhh I had to leave.

I haven’t had the courage to write this review until now. I went with my mum to see her GP about 5 years ago. She was having memory problems . The GP didn’t believe me because she knew who the PM was and she knew her address. My mum had given her GP permission to speak to me. This was an ongoing issue which was never resolved as her GP kept saying there was nothing wrong with her.
My mum moved house behind my back and her new GP rang me and told me they had diagnosed her with Alzheimer’s and if I could pick up her car which was at the surgery car park. They had taken her car keys off her as they didn’t find her fit to drive because of her memory problems. She deteriorated and passed away.
Absolutely dreadful experience.

The Asian female doctor is a nightmare, her medical knowledge is -0 and she's very rude and disrespectful. On the other hand, the male doctor is probably one of the best doctors in the country, he's very caring and doesn't underestimate any patologies and straight away makes a referral to perform further blood tests.

I feel like my concerns about my health are never listened to. My doctor asked me if I'm eating properly, and before I could bring up an issue I'm experience she changed her mind and said 'I'm sure you're fine.' It's also very hard to get a repeat prescription via email now; they don't respond to your enquiries.

It's very difficult to get a same day appointment that suits your schedule at this surgery. I've been trying for days without succeeding. However, the main problem here is the new receptionist they have. She's the rudest, most patronising and unfriendly receptionist I've ever seen in my life. Surely someone without any manner like her should not be facing customers or even answering the phone.Thank God Dawn (the other lovely receptionist) is still there otherwise I would be leaving the surgery.
The waiting times for nurse Margaret Pritchard are appalling too. I've had to walk out after 25 minutes waiting several times. Surely something is being not managed properly with her patients.
Doctor Dean Jackson and Sunita Rana are the only reason I give this place 2 stars because they are fantastic, the only 2 reliable doctors in the practise in my opinion.

We arrived in nottingham and we registered here getting prompt treatment reviews and good care. The ladies on the reception are very helpful and friendly. Clean centre and good facilities. We'll done.
