The customer service here is terrible the receptionist always feel so entitled . Rachel is so rude and has been ever since we registered and tried to give us a syringe for a urine sample instead of a container and the syringe . we had to tell her , which we shouldnt have as it is pure common sense, that it wasnt possible for him to urinate in the syringe she told us to call multiple times for an appointment and then it was with a nurse not a doctor which i do understand but she was just unbearable and tried to intimidate us. im really wondering where they are hiring these God awful rude people from . its getting ridiculous

This is the worst surgery ever to exist I had an appointment which they delayed for a week and they didn’t do it face-to-face. They only called me and they also sent me a cream which wasn’t even for what I wanted and I started getting allergic reaction and then when I booked again they told me they told me wait for another two weeks I don’t understand what is wrong with this family surgery they are just so lazy and they just don’t do the job right So I want to complain and everyone needs to sack all the staff members because what are they doing? .

Had my fair share of condescending receptionists in my time but this practice leads by far. After requesting help on a 111 referral immediately told they were a 'GP practice' (no really?!) not a walk in centre in the rudest tone imaginable and downright refused to help

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Do not care about their customers, rude staff. Phone line is never answered and prescriptions are very slow, they are chatting in the back instead of making prescriptions. Prescriptions often take over a week sometimes two to be ready. Regularly spend days without medicine waiting for it to be ready. Avoid.

Unprofessional, poorly co-ordinated and they do not value their patients. Awful GP practice, receptionists are rude and health workers do not bother to meet individual needs. Nothing about this service is person-centred and they definetely do not care about your health needs/risks. They have failed to arrange appointments for reviews, such as medication reviews. In basic terms, they neglect their duty of care and do not work in partnership with other services to ensure your health and wellbeing is maintained.

It’s a good practice but lacking in appointments which is hard to get plus parking is an issue. They need to create a bigger car park as it’s so busy at times plus the car park is a tight squeeze which isn’t suitable and the chemist need to stock up more on their medication cos most of the time it’s not available .

Unprofessional staff at reception. If you can't do any thing then why you sitting at reception. Our appointment was at 330pm and required a full bladder. We have been waiting for a long time and when asked at the reception she said I only work at the reception and book appointments. I cant do any thing and cant even let them know that you are waiting. And when went inside they said no body let us know. Lack of communication and professionalism.

Seriously, avoid this place at all costs if you can.

Unable to get an appointment.
Call up and the lines are so busy at any given time, so tried to book an appointment online with Kapur family care. Unable to book online bookings too. What is the point of the online facility then?
When line does get accepted, I am told that the Doctor will call back in 2/3 hours to confirm an appointment date and time. That didn't happen. I waited all day for a call back.
This is atrocious
