The best decision I have ever made was to join Number 1 Healthcare . I can honestly say it has transformed my life in many ways! I love the flexibility and the experiences of going into different care home environments. The team I have found are totally supportive and Priscilla goes above and beyond to help wether work or on a personal level of which I cannot thank her enough . A fantastic agency to work for and totally appreciate everyone including Mr S and Mr B the drivers that pick me up when required and admin who always efficiently pay the wages on time weekly . The company has mechanism to deal with staff complaints when the needs arises. Priority is given to the company's clientele basis on job satisfaction. The company provide regular training for its satff to boost productivity among others. Within the four months I have joined Number 1Healthcare Limited my understanding in the areas of support works, 1 on 1 support, Nursing, Senior and junior Healthcare Assistants in general, Dementia, safeguarding of residents have been a rewarding experience hence i implore the public to take note.
