The doctors’ dedication, especially that of Ex Dr Sally Caplin, Dr Suffian, Dr Alexander Kuper, Dr Ghandi, and Dr Wijesuriya, is commendable. The attentive nurses, Karen Hook and Isabella, have shown genuine concern for my well-being. This support has made a significant difference in my life, which I truly needed.
There are moments in life when words feel too small for the gratitude we carry in our hearts, and this is one of those moments. Your attentiveness to my concerns and your constant encouragement have meant more to me than words can fully express.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff and healthcare professionals at this practice. I have always found everyone to be friendly, helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable. My experiences have been even better since the surgery switched to the new system, meaning I've been able to access advice and treatment incredibly quickly, and usually on the same day. I am very happy at this surgery.

The worst GP ever . To get appointment there or simple blood test is like winning a lottery.
When finally you get to the point when you can speak with someone, instead real doctor they gave you apprentice.

I am so relieved I trusted my colleagues over at QMC who suggested Wellspring surgery! The reception is so helpful, the doctors so well educated and I am just totally grateful to everyone at Wellspring surgery! The practice also looks super modern in comparison to what I experienced in Sneinton - 1 year in despair in another gp practice at Sneinton. Highly recommend it!

The best care my wife has received so far is this clinic. We were previously at Sherwood Rise and I do not recommend it. You can feel the medical care here .After moving and changing GP this was the best thing we could have done.Thank you for your care

Today I visited the surgery with my partner who did not want to go as his experiences at this surgery have been so poor. Today we saw a nurse who was so incredibly rude and dismissive. She would not allow either of us to speak and frantically spoke over us. As a healthcare professional myself I am shocked at how unprofessional she was. She did not check the patient notes, and continued to reccommend things that my partner had already tried or been prescribed. From the get go she stated she could not help and we needed to see a pharmacist without even investigating or reading the patient files. Disgraceful. This is why people who need it do not seek medical help, because of poor conduct like this.

Waiting for an appointment with the doctor. A man who is old, infirm and using crutches comes in he doesn’t go to the desk, instead to save himself, he tells the receptionist from afar that he is there and who he is
20 mins later she calls to him and tells him he was late so can’t have his appointment?!?
He has to re- appoint
We all knew he was on time and said it to her
‘He was late so he needs to make another appointment’
Where is the care gone from the NHS ? Receptionist are so busy filling in forms and working to rule they have lost the art of care in the community . A robot would have more compassion than the receptionist

Some of the Receptionist are ill-mannered, impatient and unprofessional. I have had bad experience with them myself and also my wife came home so upset because the way she is been treated by the receptionist. At the same time I must admit that we are very satisfied with the doctors and nurses they are friendly and professionals we never had any issues.
