We have tried a handful of medications and adjusted dosages accordingly to find the right combination that helps with my mental health. She is so sweet, caring, and supportive.

Im never reaching out for mental health services after my experience with these crooks. For the love of God, don't work with these people. All they want to do is charge you insane late fees or fees past due when you've already made payments. I paid $200 because I didn't get canceled an appointment within 48hrs. I cancelled all my future appointments in account of the late fees being so expensive. Tell me almost a year later, I get an email saying I owe them $200 for the 3 appointments I had with them. I already paid the copayments plus the late fee and they're requesting another $195. Stay away from this shoddy service.

We have are using WellPsyche for a special loved one who is in great need. I want to say how thankful and grateful I am for their help from Mrs.Rosie Razan Reyes, PMHNP. She is so caring, kind, and has been thorough in helping us with our special loved one. I am so grateful that she was assigned to us. At first, I was hesitant because she is a nurse practitioner of psychiatry, but I am so grateful to God that she was assigned to my special loved one’s case to help them. She has been so thorough with getting back to us, answering messages, & taking the time to care in doing more research for our special loved ones situation. Excellent! I don’t think this place should have three or four stars, but five stars for Mrs.Razan Reyes, PMHNP.

Also, I haven’t really read the other reviews, but want to say that they have responded to my emails and my phone calls. I’ve come to realize with mental health, such a special area and people are so much in need. To try to help my loved one, I have contacted so many other psychiatrists and therapists, and I am so thankful that Well Psyche responded back to us right away with ease and trying to help us to help our special loved one. I am grateful. We are still working with them and trying to help our loved one, but I want to say that I am thankful for everyone’s input and trying to help us. Thank you Mrs.Reyes. Thank you for your care & all the time that you are spending for my loved one’s case.

Previously had a great psychiatrist who left to go to another Telespyche company. It just went downhill from there when I got reassigned to Maryam Lateef. I needed to take a few days of FMLA for my mental health and the new provider needed a longer appointment so she wouldn’t meet with me until after the paperwork was due. I had to beg them to get a longer appointment that they were requiring (despite already having one and having seen someone from this company for 2+ years). Then she wants to charge $500 just to fill out the forms, which is downright ridiculous and unethical. I had to switch providers just to get someone that cared enough to help me.

On top of that, they charge absurd cancellation fees and it’s clear they only want your money and don’t truly care about your health. The therapists and psychiatrists just give you a lot of generic lines like “oh I hate that for you”, and not a lot of guidance.

They also changed their policy requiring you to meet every month (for less than 10 minutes usually) to get refills of your prescriptions so they can bill your insurance more, which if you don’t need monthly visits, is very inconvenient. Anything to get patients in and out the door and charge their insurance as much as they can.

Lengthy sign-up process, exorbitant fees, and poor customer service. Don't think for a second they actually care about you as a patient - WellPsyche is only concerned with billing you and your insurance company as much as they possibly can.

They now have a policy requiring patients to complete an appointment before they renew their prescriptions each month. Yes, that's right, before you can renew your medication, you have to have a telehealth appointment, so they can bill your insurance $400 for a 3-minute zoom session where you say "Yup. I still need my meds this month." Absolute scam artists.

I was bounced from provider to provider. I was charged $250 when I missed an appointment, but when they cancelled THE MORNING OF my appointment, I barely got an acknowledgement. If you want to add to your mental health problems, use these guys.
