I tried Chloe's class at the beautiful Wellness 34 and it was such a wonderful experience. The movements are slow and gentle, but they offer a surprisingly therapeutic experience. I'm a psychotherapist and would really recommend this to anyone seeking to release old patterns locked in the body. Chloe's holding feels safe, gentle and reassuring. Definitely recommended.

I recently tried out a yoga class at this new studio, and I’m so glad I did. The place has a really calming vibe that helps you relax right away. The best part, though, is the yoga teacher. Kat's amazing at adjusting the class to suit everyone’s needs, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. I always leave feeling really good, both in my body and mind. If you’re looking for a great yoga spot, I definitely recommend checking this place out!

I was first introduced to Somatics by my acupuncturist and was fortunate to find Chloe Loyd as my first teacher. I had a couple of one to one, online sessions with her and followed that up by joining several of her Zoom online sessions. Chloe is a compassionate, caring and insightful teacher and she helped me identify my bodily misalignments. This, in turn, helps the release some of the muscle tension and pain I have as a result of my fibromyalgia. I now do a short practice before bed every night and find it enormously helpful.

Wow! I’ve now had 2 facials with Jess at Wellness34 and she is just so lovely. Two different types with fruit enzymes. I almost drift off to sleep I’m so relaxed & I love how I feel afterwards. I’m glowing 🤩 highly recommend

Attended Chloe's online introductory series which was brilliant naturally. I've known Chloe since lochdoon when we did our Essential Somatics Teacher Training together and her calm gentle way of teaching with her lovely soothing voice made her a firm favourite and I always wanted to be first in her group for teaching.
Join Chloe's class and you will have the time of your life discovering new pathways to moving with ease and comfort.

Wow what a beautiful space. So impressed with Wellness34. From the moment I walked in to the beautifully renovated building, which has such a lovely feel. I met with Claire, the breathing coach, and had a very informative & enlightening session. So professional. Looking forward to my next session. Would highly recommend
