I’ve spent many valuable hours in the yoga sanctuary. The sessions were led professionally and compassionately. Kate is extremely knowledgeable, relatable, understanding and kind. If I hadn’t relocated to a different county, I’d be continuing with these sessions now. They genuinely were the best yoga sessions I’ve ever experienced.
