Things truly do come to us and happen for a reason. I came to a point in my spiritual journey where I felt I had hit a brick wall and things were just not flowing and the creativity and intuition were being stiffled.

Until a dear old friend FR, recommended I tried a local Reiki share session. I was very open minded and with an open heart attended the session to be reunited with friends of old and new.

I have known Julie for over 20 years plus but over the years we have only occasionally passed each other briefly, not having time to catch up.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that Julie offers a plethora of spiritual and wellbeing experiences that I have not looked back on joining in with. I feel during all sessions welcomed by all and feel safe to allow myself to fully emerge into the sessions. I cannot recommend Wellness Empowered sessions/ experiences enough.

I am excited and blessed to now be part of such a beautiful community that has empowered me to rid the things that were stifling my spiritual growth and journey.

OMG I had my first Natural lift Facial massage today and it was amazing. I never spoke all the way through it which is a miracle in its self. Julie was absolutely amazing. I’ve had an Indian head massage before but it was nothing compared to Julie’s. I felt completely at ease as soon as I stepped into Julie’s room and she is such a lovely lady. The massage was so relaxing, it incorporated much more than previous head massages and Julie is clearly very talented at what she does. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Will definitely be booking in again soon
