Honestly the best GP I have ever been with. The receptionists are ALWAYS so kind and efficient. The system with the e-consult works really smoothly. All doctors I have seen have been so professional and caring. I just had a coil insertion with Dr Foley and she was brilliant. This place gives me hope for the NHS!!! ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wellington Way Health Centre, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and professionalism. The reception team was efficient and made the check-in process a breeze.

The healthcare providers are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely care about their patients. During my appointment, I felt heard and respected, and all my questions were answered thoroughly. The facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment.

What stood out to me the most was the emphasis on holistic care. The team takes the time to understand your individual needs and provides tailored advice and support. It’s clear that patient well-being is their top priority.

I highly recommend Wellington Way Health Centre to anyone looking for quality healthcare. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit a positive one!

Upon initial registration I was skeptical about not being contacted or invited to an initial consultation. I then left a bad review and their staff contacted me explaining all the points on how their GP runs.

I must say the communication system is a bit convoluted as the only way to talk to the practice is to fill online forms, but, they seem to be very efficient as they have been promptly contacting me all the time I sent some form.

The staff is friendly, but from what I can say their doctors are not really taking care of their patients.

I have an ongoing problem which is supposed to be urgent but no one takes responsibility in providing me the right treatment or care. Their referral system doesn't really work as they referred me for urgent appointments but the hospital never received an urgent flag and so I'm on an insulting waiting list who might take up to 4 months.

Really impressed by our first visit to Wellington Way Health Center. I took my infant who is a bit under the weather and we were given a same day appointment and seen promptly. The care professionals took their time with us, the center was well staffed and modern.

Thank you so much. This is the best GP surgery I’ve been registered to after 10 years in London. All the staff are kind and polite, they respond to requests so quickly and appointments are arranged in a very timely fashion. Dr Sarwar listened to my concerns and I felt very safe with this GP practice.

I had a frustrating experience with a receptionist who spoke broken English. Despite my efforts to break down what I was saying, she kept speaking over me, which made it impossible to communicate effectively. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue, and it's incredibly frustrating. Frontline reception staff should receive better training, especially since there could be patients with hearing issues, disabilities or their own language barriers. This kind of service is simply not helpful.

Who in the earth gave you all these good reviews!! That's the most disgusting GP surgery I gave ever encountered with doctors sho tell you they won't prescribe you anything ever before visiting you, with continuous appointment cancellation without informing you and they don't rebook until you do another econsult, and guess what they give you the next appointment after 3 weeks!!! You guys are a scum!!

Needed a medical report in order to take out a life insurance policy with Legal and General. After four calls with people who did not appear to know anything, I am now being told that I need to pay for the form filling. Why was this not communicated immediately? More importantly, why have I had to speak to four different people over the last month in order to finally arrive at this? And indeed, why won't you tell me immediately what sort of amount we are talking here? Completely unprofessional and not acceptable in the circumstances.
