I rang them on Monday they gave me appointment of Tuesday. On the phone doctor told me the time for appointment 20 minutes past 3 . But I got the message on my phone 15:40. When I reached there at 15:40, they said you’re late. When I showed the message to receptionist so she said I don’t know why they send you this message, you’re late so doctor can’t see you. It’s ridiculous behavior. On Wednesday, I rang them to rebook, we can’t wait till Thursday. She swear at me and said you have to wait till Thursday. Absolutely ridiculous behavior. Reception was terrible and rude. They’ve to control their own staff and their behavior.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Their service has been poor for a very long time regarding my Mother. She has always been someone to forgive, but we certainly do not! The receptionists are rude in person and over the phone and not empathetic. They even lied in the worst situation for the registration of my Mothers death to say that no one ever called them to notify of her passing, when we did this twice for a receptionist to confirm it's already on the system (didn't even send their condolences, just quick to get me off the phone) and the Ambulance also provided the information to OOH the night of my Mother's sad passing. The GP practice basically did nothing further for almost a week to send to the medical examiner to register the death and instead of accepting accountability, lied and made out it was our fault. They ultimately admitted to the undertaker when he chased for action and said that there was a mix up but it was basically that they didn't know their procedure - which suggests they strongly need training especially on how to be decent human beings!
They do not care for their patients , avoid at all costs!

Very odd behaviour. I have been waiting for been caller no 30 to 1 while on the phone for 31 mins to be told we have no more appointments. While I explained the situation to them that I have been waiting from caller no 30. They kept repeating the same phrase we don’t have any appointments left.

Reception lady is incredibly rude. Can’t get repeat prescriptions online, have to go in which isn’t helpful if you have a chronic condition. Would not recommend.

I am badly annoyed with this surgery they never have any appointments for me or my partner I phoned today 17th of December at 8am and they didn't answer till 8 50 am and the receptionist was very rude and didn't seem to care I wouldnt recommend this surgery it is very poor ?

Called at 8a.m and still couldn’t get any appointment because there were no appointments left. Receptionist was absolutely disgrace to her profession. She was so rude.

The Receptionist are very rude especially the Receptionist called Gemma. She picks on who she should be nice to. They shout on patients like patients are nothing.
