Anna’s knowledge is second to none and her teaching style is always welcoming, encouraging and supportive. Can’t currently attend her in person classes so have an online membership and love that I can choose between slow, restorative classes or ones that will challenge my strength, balance and flexibility. I always finish Anna’s classes with a smile, no matter how my mood was when starting the class. Highly recommended.

I’m very grateful to Anna for her perspective on the number of issues we spoke together about in my holistic conversation that I arranged with her. Insightfully, Anna brings to her clients a variety of 'tools' to support them in developing helpful responses to achieve what they are looking to do.

I’ve been coming to Sarahs Yoga classes for a little over a year since moving to Markfield and I see myself continuing well into the future!
It’s the first time since the height of lockdown that I’ve been able to find a regular exercise class to commit to. This is certainly down to Sarah’s relaxed nature and variety in the routines week to week. I always leave the sessions feeling loose and calm - her classes are a great self-care tool for letting go of tension and stress.

Myself and my mum started Wellbeing Winnie with Sarah about 9 months ago. Both had little experience of yoga when joining and didn’t know what to expect. However, this wasn’t a problem Sarah was very welcoming and brought moves in slowly, with no pressure. Which gives you as much time as you need to learn!

Now both being a regular to her Wednesday night class, we thoroughly enjoy going and learning new moves.

Great for all abilities!
