Jo was an incredible instructor for the MHFA course. Bringing with her such a wealth of knowledge while also teaching in a very accessible and supportive way. The course content covered a wide range of mental health experiences and gave a really good grounding to the ALGEE support process. Even with prior training, I gained significant new insights due to Jo's ability to connect theory with real-world experience and genuine humanity. I wholeheartedly recommend Jo as an instructor.
