I had my first appointment today at the Welbourne Practise. The process of booking the appointment online was simple and efficient. I was seen almost immediately at my allocated time and the GP Dr Stefan Chiu was thorough, kind and understanding and explained clearly what needs to happen next. A really good first impression and I’m so grateful to have this new practice in Tottenham Hale.

Visited with my mum some times ago and their service, atmosphere were nice. Staffs and GP were kind and helpful and listen to your concern and had good conversation and plan with you. Good facilities in place also.

The new practice is genuinely lovely and Dr Mohana Krishnan really made me feel comfortable. She was comprehensive and made sure I was referred for a whole spectrum of tests as well as being reassuring. Went back the next day for a blood test and was seen within a minute or two of arriving. Really refreshing to go to a nice GP surgery and feel taken care of.
