Helena and nell are lovely girls who treat me so well every time!
Such a calm and pleasant place to have your hair done, lovely coffee, or glass of wine if it's after mid day!
Always the best head massage when hair is being washed!

Most importantly, they listen to what you'd like them to do with your hair...which SO many hair dressers don't do.

Do not take your children here for a hair cut.

My 8 year old boy had a terrible experience. He was sat very still and quietly for the hairdresser and she took a chuck out of his ear! She was very apologetic, but you can’t afford to have lapses of concentration when cutting little children’s hair!

This is NOT ok. He is very distressed and fearful of having his hair cut in a salon again and cried the whole way home.

Awful salon! Also the rude lady who checked us in, asked us to make sure we stand to the side (out of the way basically!)
Not child friendly at all and I had to ask for a drink for my children. When many of the ladies who came in after us were showered with drinks and attention. Made us feel pretty rubbish to be honest.

Safe to say we will never be returning again!

We have used WAO since opening, Kurt cuts mine and my lads (15 & 20) and it’s always so consistent, staff are welcoming and genuinely pleased to see you. Booking via the app is super simple and price is middle of the road for the quality and service. Great coffee as well!

A lovely, clean and professional environment with friendly staff. This is the first time I’ve been to a hairdressers and left feeling completely satisfied with the way my hair has been styled after a wash and cut. This is such a beautiful and relaxing salon. The staff are professional and yet so friendly and relaxed, I can't recommend them enough. Kurt and Danielle have been my stylists for over a year now and my hair looks perfect every time.
