Wayaheadcare is a great place to work, the company provides excellent standards of care to people within the community and for people within Extra care housing schemes throughout Taunton, Bridgwater, Burnham and Bath.
All staff are highly trained, and given the daily support they need to enable them to provide the best care possible for each individual.
I have worked here for a total of 10 years and enjoyed working in both the Training department and Human Resources.
I have seen the proof that if you have a caring nature and willing to learn, or want to work your way up even more that there is a very good career path here at Wayaheadcare .
