Wayaheadcare is a great place to work, the company provides excellent standards of care to people within the community and for people within Extra care housing schemes throughout Taunton, Bridgwater, Burnham and Bath.
All staff are highly trained, and given the daily support they need to enable them to provide the best care possible for each individual.
I have worked here for a total of 10 years and enjoyed working in both the Training department and Human Resources.
I have seen the proof that if you have a caring nature and willing to learn, or want to work your way up even more that there is a very good career path here at Wayaheadcare .

I would highly recommend way ahead care as an employer and a provider as their training is outstanding. The management, office staff and care staff are all very helpful, kind and approachable. The friendliness and kind approach from staff make this company a joy to work for and throughout the company everyone works as a team. Every service user is valued and cared for as an individual.

After working in the care sector for over 20 years and feeling unhappy in my previous role I decided to go for it. It did take a few weeks and phone calls to take the plunge. I am so glad I did and only wish I had done it sooner. The carers are so genuine and care for the service users. I feel I have been well supported by the management team
