Incompetent administration and receptionists.
Booked in for my appointment with receptionist telling them my name, which doctor i was there to see and at what time.
Allowed to wait in an empty waiting room for what I thought was a busy doctor for an hour.
When the receptionist finally returned, and I questioned why I was having to wait so long when they appeared so quiet, receptionist finally realised that she'd made a mistake and that the doctor I was supposed to be seeing was not even on site.
I was told the doctor would call me straight away........ They didn't.
Waste of time.

How is it possible that this centre is run so badly. Somebody needs to investigate what is going on. I have actually asked if there is a directive to kill off the weak. I manage my brothers affairs as he is disabled having had a third of his brain removed.
He has a lot of problems including high blood pressure.
After spending 90 minutes in the centre 5 months ago, I finally got him an appointment with a pharmacist! Not sure why not a doctor. This pharmacist prescribed blood pressure medication but 5 months later he still doesn’t have it. His blood pressure is dangerously high at 180/120.
I got through yesterday after waiting half an hour and was assured someone would call today and of course nothing.
I am at a loss to know how to resolve this before their negligence kills my brother.

This Doctors surgery is terrible. They Rarely answer the phone, you spend a long time in Queues to get through then get cut off. Once you do get through the people on the other end of the phone are rude. You can’t get an appointment for weeks. But if you want a poisonous covid death shot they will see you the next day.

Amazing GP practice and lovely GPs! Filled out the online form for my mum about an ear infection which would prevent her getting the new hearing aids she’s been waiting so long to get, and within an hour the doctor called me and sent a prescription for her to pick up!!

Thank you Waterside!

My partner has for sometime has had anissue with his b12. No follow up calls from gp now there is an issue that is a concern. If they had called it might of been picked up soner.Absolutely disgusted that they have no longer a duty of care. Will await to see if a GP actually calls with the results of his scan that is due tomorrow.

I have had to move surgerys just so i can get an appointment for a smear test after trying for 4 months...you can never get through to the surgery and when i have been in personally to try i am always told that there are no available appointments for smear tests. Considering the importance of them and the big notice board that you have in the surgery telling woman to have them and the campaign's that remind women to have them, i thought maybe you may make it a little easier to actually have one. After joining a new surgery today they have managed to get me one straight away. Such a shame as the surgery was good many years ago its certainly not now.

I rang to book a blood test for my husband who can't stand needles and works himself up so much he's nearly sick, booked an appointment for him to then get there and told he didn't have an appointment. He told them how he was feeling and could they do it anyway but they said no with only 2 people in the waiting room. Very rude receptionist just sat there listening to the phone ringing. I rang again for a second appointment and they have done the same thing again. So a formal complaint will be made and they need to be shut down to save other people.
