Sue and her team are amazing!!!! They are trustworthy, helpful, empathetic, honest, reliable and totally outstanding. They looked after my dad during his last few weeks and helped my mum through her grief and dementia. There is nothing that was too much trouble and the teams compassion was unbelievable. Sue and the team at waterside carers I can’t thank them enough! They are all helpful and thoughtful.At the start gave me guidance when my mum was diagnosed with dementia and to be honest I was stressed and abit lost on direction .This has led to them seeing my mum daily and looking after her needs.Their friendly hardworking attitude is second to none and communication with me excellent .mum has taken to them and looks forward to seeing them.I would recommend them to anyone in need of this care .worth the 5 stars without doubt !!
