some stuff in this surgery are very rude and they must trained to better customer service . Other day I was in I booked for the first appointment and I was waiting for very long and they let three people in before me!when I asked why they go in before me instead of explaining and apologising they shout at me and told me to sit down if not we will call to the security 😮 I said I haven't said anything wrong I just asked why is it people go in before me and i have been waiting 1 hour? Terrible customer service don't recommend to anyone I wish there was less than 1 on star even they don't deserve 1 star😡

Absolutely rubbish, if you manage to get through after hours of waiting your told to phone back the next day at 08:00 and try then because the poor little computer can't really cope OR you can try other places like the hospital.
They just don't seem like they care.
Used to be OK but know its a joke!! Not even a funny joke.

If I could give it a zero I would...took me a week to get medication for my mom who had a full knee replacement as the so called email they not received so I go down and give them a copy and now they say they don't have it...been told to give 5 days notice and they expect you to carry on and wait till next Tuesday so what do I do when the medication ends on Saturday go without pain killers...do the Dr's have no sense at all or even read the notes why not call and ask rather then go round and round...

Last twice I've been I haven't even seen a doctor last time I tried to explain how I felt but was only interested in a rash I had on my chest got a prescription when to pharmacy to find it was a over the counter cream which was cheaper but to be fair they say go to pharmacy first as doctors are over worked in which I did to 2 different chemist nothing worked its a joke this practice is a joke you can't get to see a proper doctor and as for reviewing prescriptions done happen

I use to love this surgery always got an appointment but the last 4 times calling for appointments even at 8am to be told no appointments available but I can send you to high oak surgery......today I decided to remove myself from the surgery.
When you choose a doctor surgery to join you don't expect to have to see doctors at a different practice who know nothing about you.
Also I have annual checkups for 4 different health issues which I find and I asked to make appointments for......(money earners for the surgery). That I would be definitely not be sent to other practices for.
Shame on this surgery for not seeing there own patients.

This surgery is shocking, while time I have been registered seen once face to face one lady is really rude over the phone. I told them I had a appointment for two weeks I couldn’t wait she rudely told me I hadn’t I said I had it been emailed to then be told it hadn’t been booked in so she would do over the phone I was then told to go ane. The surgery is shocking when it comes to appointments and think certain staff members need to learn some manners and not be rude over the phone

Hi ! I am really disappointed with the way the doctor works here. today i have an appointment at 2:42 but when i got to the front desk it was 2:49. I was waiting for the receptionist to talk about my appointment. 2:54 the young girl at the front desk met me. I said I have an appointment at 2:42 today and she said she had to ask the doctor again because I was late. and i waited until 3:10 the girl at the front desk called me and said the doctor couldn't see me today. I'm really shocked and disappointed because just because I was 5 minutes late to find a parking space, the doctor canceled my appointment and made me wait for more than 20 minutes to receive the answer, see me Or not? I think it's not fair to me and many other patients… I wonder if I'm 5 minutes late for the doctor not seeing me when I have to wait 2 weeks for my appointment. I'm just an ordinary citizen, I'm not a well-educated doctor like you, but I think you guys are really too much for me. Why if I'm late and can't see me, why don't you answer me as soon as I come in, your time is so precious, what is our time?
