I attended A&E today with a affection on my eye.As I am on holiday from Scotland
All the staff in the A&E were very caring and looked after me very well.
Out of hours GP were very good and efficient and seen to me within an hour.
I can't thank them enough for the Treatment they gave me.
Only downside was the Car Parking I couldn't get out of my bay quickly as I thought someone illegally parked and blocked me in.
They hadn't but parking spaces too close together

B18(respiratory care) honestly the staff there was amazing! They took care of my grandad who died unfortunately yesterday at Warrington Hospital. But they made sure everyone was cared for and made my grandad feel comfortable ?
So thank you to all the doctors and nurses.

Waited 16 hours to be seen, nurses and doctors were absolutely lovely trying there best, but the receptionist were beyond rude, being told we're not a priority (my mum was high risk of a heart attack). Drinks machine broken taking money, no drinks offered. Air-conditioning on so it's freezing all night too.

A & E is awful. A lot of rude staff, talking openly about how crap things are, probably because they are so short staffed. I get that the nhs is in a complete mess but I also think there must be a structure of really poor senior management at warrington as the experience at other hospitals (aintree and runcorn) has been really positive. There was an old lady on the corridor and ambulance driver commented that they brought her in the night before and she had not moved. She obviously has dementia and most of the staff had no clue how to speak to someone who has dementia, (except for one of the nurses who was brilliant with her). One of the a & e receptionists is so rude, how she is still working there I will never know. She needs some serious training or if that doesn't work dealing with through internal conduct or capability procedures.

Worst hospital I've been to! First visit was brushed off as nothing wrong and sent home after a 9 hour wait. Second visit with severe chest pain, after an hour wait through triage, I was rushed off to another department and thought I was getting somewhere.

Wrong. I got to sit in another waiting room for 7+hours (still waiting) to eventually be told there's no doctors and they're waiting for a theatre doctor to finish up then go on break before coming to see us.

Severe chest pain isn't serious enough for an emergency apparently ?‍♀️

Burtonwood Wing , Stroke unit. B 14...I was treated in this unit for 3 weeks.. all the staff are very careful and attentive.. I would like to thank the day and night shift workers for their efforts.. Always smiling and friendly staff... thank you very much to everyone...

10 minutes late for audiology appointment. Did ring in advance to explain difficulty in finding a disabled parking spot so this had caused the delay. I arrived at the reception to be met with a rude obnoxious person informing me I would now not be seen, due to the delay (10 minutes).
Extremely unhelpful, poor attitude especially when dealing with disabilities.

I bought my daughter to A&E yesterday evening.
The care and compassion my daughter received was amazing from every single member of staff.. Highly recommend Warrington hospital to anyone.
She has moved to a ward this evening and iam confident she will get the treatment and care she needs with the same level of professionalism.
