Very professional and well organised gym! I own a gym in Germany and we attended trainings at Warrington while travelling. We’ve done guest training at a multitude of gyms in various countries, and Warrington was easily one of the very best. They were extremely welcoming and hospitable to us, but what really stood out is the environment they have created for their athletes. The sessions are positive, energetic, and productive. We were very impressed by the systems they have in place, the quality of their training, and how completely engaged each coach is. It was very easy for my elite gymnast to work in and felt immediately comfortable. Everything was safe and clean, well beyond the standard in our industry. Thank you Warrington for taking great care of us, and for providing such a quality experience for athletes in your gym, and visitors too!

Okay I'm pretty annoyed, I just spent around 10 minutes writing a brilliant review and accidentally clicked off. But to sum up what I wrote, I have been going to this gym for around 8 years now and I have learnt so much. It has helped me get fitter, make new friends, learn lots of skills. Without this club, I don't know we're I would be right now. The coaches teach you very well and give you advice on what you have done wrong. If you are looking for a great club for gymnastics, I can assure you that this club is absolutely brilliant! 5 stars for me!

My little boy attended from July to September, at the beginning it was great however over time it just gradually declined. It’s a shame really because my little boy enjoyed going but his last session really put him off and he was upset after this. I made the decision to switch to another club.

Ansolute negative feedback for the Welcome (first session) first visit day.
Very unfriendly first time..
Women on the desk didn't say hi, hello or any word kindly. She didn't even introduce herself.
In a hurry, almost rushing, rushing, she urged my child..She scared my little girl with it. She almost cried.
The couch was nice lady. But on the desk another women Sou need to learn how to treat guests kindly.

They are not responsive with queries. I initially contacted them July 31 via email, follow up August 10 via email but no one came back to me. I contacted them via messenger, I was promised that someone will get back to me but no one did. Contacted them again via phone call and fb messenger Sept 20th told me to send another email. I sent an email and phone again to follow up. Today is 27th of September and no one in that club get back to me.

My son was separated from the rest of his class and made to perform the same move (throwing himself on his back) repeatedly for over 30 minutes. This was whilst the rest of the class were taught a number of different moves, including cartwheels and round-offs. Understandably he felt demoralised and was really upset that he had been singled out so he refused to go back again. I rang the 'administrator' Mandi (their website doesn't say who is in charge so I could only assume it was her) and I asked if she could speak to the instructor about it so that I could reassure my son it was a one off. She seemed completely uninterested in the fact that my son had had a miserable lesson but she reluctantly agreed to speak to the instructor. She said she would get back to me in a few days. Over a week later she had not re-contacted me so I emailed, asking for an update. I heard nothing. My son continued to refuse to go back so I emailed both Mandi and the welfare officer explaining how upset he had been and how he had gone from someone who was really enthusiastic about gymnastics to someone who never wanted to go again. I had actually thought the welfare officer might have wanted to speak to me about this further but no. To this day (6 weeks later) they have still not contacted me. My daughter is desperate to start gymnastics but she will be going elsewhere. If the management can't deal with complaints or concerns professionally I have absolutely no faith that they will put my child's welfare first. Sadly I think they are far more interested in numbers than individuals.

Noticed that after I left a review on Facebook rather than acknowledge the incident you deleted the entire review page instead?

I attended the adult gym session but was refused entry as they mandated i must have the NHS app to enter. I did not have my phone with me and this was not stated anywhere during the booking process. I offered to provide my details (which they already have on their system) but was still refused entry. The receptionist was extremely rude to the customers when some of them tried to explain they didn’t have their phone or no data to download the app. Extremely unprofessional considering you would expect them to be welcoming customers back after being shut for the most part of 12 months. I will not be attending this gym again.
