The greatest of all...! They act as a team and they really care for people in need! The best of the best!!!! I used to work for an other company and for 4 years I didn't know if I have a manager , a coordinator or a director. In WALFINCH the register manager ( Magdalena) is always in my side and help me at any time to do correctly my job. Nicole ( the coordinator) is available at any time also and reminds us for extra courses too. Roxy ( operations Director) doesn't miss anything and arrange all to be legal. What can I say for Tanya ( the head office manager) , as she's always next to the client and also to us , with a lovely smile ready to give her hand to all at anytime! We are actually acting as a team because we have the best of the best on the top! Clients happy and carers also happy...if that's not a success...then what is it?
